The equipment that you reserve on your booking is pulled out of our inventory immediately upon check-out and can no longer be rented to another customer. We hold this equipment for you for these service dates and deny other customers the opportunity to rent this equipment.

By checking the Cancellation / Refund Policy Acknowledgement box when you complete your reservation, you agree to abide by the following Cancellation / Refund Policy.

— Cancel 30 days before date of service:  May cancel with full refund.
— Cancel less than 30 days before date of service*:  No refund, but we will retain a credit on file for use within two years.
